If you have received incorrect or defective items, please email i[email protected] to receive further instructions, we will offer you the best solution.

If you are not satisfied with the products received, you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt.

Contact our customer service at [email protected]. They will guide you through the process. Please do not return products without consulting them first.

🔍Return Terms and Guidelines:

• If your order is within the 30 day period, we will provide a free return label
• Only unopened packages must be returned
• All items must be in their original packaging
• Items should be packed carefully to avoid damage during transit
• After shipment, a shipping receipt and/or tracking number must be provided to allow prompt processing of the refund
• Please note: A refund cannot be issued if items are significantly damaged due to improper packaging or the return is sent to an address other than the one mentioned on the return label
